I just bought your ebook today and I picked the first dish that intrigued me. Tomato Mango Soup, because I thought it was an odd combination and Mango is my favourite fruit! At first I tried to imagine the taste, as I am usually able to, but I couldn't. But in the back of my mind, I knew it was going to be really good or really bad.
So after borrowing a friend's blender and buying some sun dried tomatoes that were kept in a jar full of oil, because there was no alternative, I created my first dish from the book. The soup is not as well blended nor does it look as appetising as yours, but it tastes unbelievable! I have never sworn so much when describing how good food it ever and I've eaten some really nice meals. I know that with better versions of the ingredients that It will taste even better. So thank you for creating the ebook and I look forward to trying out all the other recipes in the future!
